BELLEVILLE – Drivers will have to find another way to get from Prince Edward County to Belleville and vice versa, as the Norris Whitney Bridge is scheduled to be closed from 7 p.m. Tuesday to 7 a.m. Wednesday.

The closure is due to a rehabilitation project by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, which includes the replacement of expansion joints on the bridge.

If it rains, the closure may be postponed to either Wednesday or Thursday.
