Some international students will be going home for the winter holidays while others stay here

BELLEVILLE – The first semester at Loyalist College is coming to an end, and while most students will be going back home to see their family and friends for the first time since September, some international students have to stay in Canada.

Winter is a time for celebration and it’s not only Christmas that’s celebrated this time of year. Here are some other holidays from around the world to be celebrated within different cultures and religions.
