The 25th annual Rick Hansen Relay celebration is in Belleville today. An end of day celebration will be held at the Quinte Sports Center. A Peterborough man has been declared a dangerous offender, and could be jailed on the sexual assault charges. Police are warning everyone to be cautious as they go out in search of candy this Halloween.
