BELLEVILLE – Mayor Mitch Panciuk is expected to make an exciting announcement Monday regarding the funding for Hospice Quinte [2] at the end of the council meeting, according to the press release by the city.
Hospice provides programs and services at no cost. They rely on the generosity of the community [3] and donations to keep providing services. It has already received funds from the Ontario government and Quinte West Council [4]. This is the first time it has approached the Belleville city council.
