BELLEVILLE – A Quinte West man was arrested in Belleville early Tuesday morning for being intoxicated in a common area.
Belleville police reported that at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday they went to an apartment building in the city’s east end after getting a report of a man passed out in the hallway.
They quickly located the man and found that he was heavily intoxicated.
The 33-year-old man was arrested for his own safety because of self-induced intoxication and later released.
