Fire destroys century home north of Belleville

A home north of the 401 in Belleville was destroyed Monday went it went up in flames. Quinte West and Belleville fire crews battled the blaze which also torched a barn and a pickup truck. Quinte West Fire Chief John Whelan expects damages to exceed $600,000. There were no injuries. Photo by Marc Venema.
