A toddler is dead after being hit by a vehicle in a Belleville parking lot. Police arrested a 17-year-old Belleville male and 16-year-old Trenton male in connection with two Canada Day robberies. Homeowners on Avonlough Road reported someone broke into their home between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. yesterday and stole electronics.
