Cooling centres open

Just after midnight last night a collision on Sidney Street led to one woman being charged with careless driving.  Highs in Belleville are expected to be in the low forties with the humidity today.  Quinte West City hall in Trenton has been opened up as a cooling station for the community.  For these stories, sports and more, listen.
