BELLEVILLE – The Bulls made a big comeback with a crushing victory over Kingston Wednesday night.
The Bulls made six of their 50 shots on net count while Kingston scored half as many with 60 shots on Belleville.
The Frontenacs looked hopeful with a goal by Slater Doggett (24) in the first 20 seconds. In response, the Bulls came back with three goals in the first by Remi Elie (12), Scott Simmonds (25) and Jordan Subban (14).
Belleville held a dominating lead over Kingston for the rest of the game, adding insult to injury with an open-net goal in the last period after the Frontenacs pulled their goalie as a last-ditch effort to tie the game.
Kingston looked to be out for battle with 12 interferences which earned them a total of 22 minutes in the box.
Belleville looks to continue their momentum when they host the London Knights on Nov. 16.
