Pat Culhane
Pat Culhane has been a city councillor for the past eight years. She says she wants to see every citizen enjoy a healthy, progressive and economically vibrant city. Culhane is a former supervisor at Quinte Health Care. She says she will work towards attracting more long term care beds for the city, as well as addressing the city’s infrastructure deficit, and working to attract more businesses to Belleville.
