Lonnie Herrington was born and raised here in Belleville and attended college in Sault St. Marie. Lonnie says he’s owned and operated many businesses since he was 18. He currently runs a local roofing company, Herrington Roofing & General Contracting Ltd. Herrington is married with 4 children. He promises to cut residential property taxes by 10% and reduce the mayor’s salary by 30%. He is also interested in other local issues such as revitalizing Belleville’s downtown.
