BELLEVILLE – Winter is coming fast and with it, more people are turning to Belleville [3]‘s social services for assistance.

QNet News reporter Amanda Lorbetski brings us the stories of two local organizations – Gleaners Food Bank [4] and the Community Development Council of Quinte [5] – who say usage is up compared to this time last year.
