BELLEVILLE – Join QNetNews on Tues. March 17 at 7 p.m. for an interactive discussion on the sale and relocation of the Belleville Bulls [3].
The team was abruptly sold [4] last Thursday, March 12, by owner Gord Simmonds. Starting next season the team will be playing in Hamilton as the “Bulldogs.”
Our discussion will feature community experts who will help us address the impact that the Bulls leaving has on the city.
QNetNews will have the Ryan Williams, president of the Bay of Quinte tourism council, join the discussion Tuesday. Along with him will be Rob Golden, the creator of the Facebook group Keep the Bulls in Belleville [5] and former Intelligencer editor and former mayoral candidate, Bill Glisky.
