BELLEVILLE – Restrictions on the sale of e-cigarettes and a ban on most flavoured tobacco products will come into place by January 2016.
Earlier this summer, the government of Ontario passed Bill 45 [2], which is an effort to promote healthier living for Ontarians.
Under Bill 45, the government will be banning all flavoured tobacco. This includes menthol, vaporizing e-cigarettes, flavoured chewing tobacco products and fruit-dipped cigars.
