BELLEVILLE – An arrest warrant was issued on Wednesday for 35-year-old Kingston man Graham Christopher Brown.
Media relations officer Steve Koopman of the Kingston Police [3] says Brown is wanted on four charges relating to a breach of promise to appear in court for a September offence, as well as a breach of probation relating to earlier offences.
Brown has faced charges relating to domestic violence in the past, Koopman said. He has been known to travel throughout Ontario, particularly Kingston and Guelph [4].
