BELLEVILLE – Federal candidates for the Bay of Quinte riding are coming together for the Bread and Butter Debate .
The Poverty Round Table Hastings Prince Edward is hosting the debate to discuss income, food and health security, affordable housing and child care.
The debate will be attended by Liberal Neil Ellis, New Democrat Terry Cassidy and independent Trueman Tuck. Conservative candidate Jodie Jenkins and Green party candidate Rachel Nelems declined the debate.
The discussion will be hosted at St. Matthew’s United Church, 25 Holloway St., from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
