BELLEVILLE – Loyalist College [2] is set to host an all-candidate debate on Oct. 7 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall. All candidates running in the Bay of Quinte [3] riding were invited, but Conservative candidate Jodie Jenkins and the Green Party’s Rachel Nelems declined. The debate will be moderated by Kathleen Bazkur, the Dean of Media, Arts and Design.
