BELLEVILLE – A new botanical garden could boost tourism numbers in Quinte West, says the project’s developer.
A botanical garden has several different plants, flowers and blooms along with information about how plants work, grow and their benefits on the environment.
On Monday, Quinte West Chamber of Commerce announced the project. It will be built five minutes north of Frankford.
The project was developed by Deanna Groves, local business owner of the Garden Place [2]. She says there will be several benefits of the botanical garden.

Not only will the gardens provide beauty to Quinte West but also hold therapeutic value, she said.
