  • March 24, 2016 at 2:14 pm

By Martin Allen

BELLEVILLE – The Northumberland OPP asked people to delay non-essential travel this morning in the wake of the icy weather.

There were numerous collisions throughout the county, according to the detachment’s Const. Steve Bates

He asked drivers to exercise extreme caution, slow down, and leave enough distance between themselves and the vehicle in front of them.
