In a press release, OPP confirmed Wednesday’s incident at the Royal Bank in Trenton was a robbery. Quinte West OPP will now be working with police services in Kingston, York, Durham and Napanee to try and identify the suspect. He has been a suspect in robberies in these areas after the National Bank in Kingston was robbed in late August.

Police said they are currently searching for one suspect: a white, heavyset man with brown hair and a beard. He was last seen fleeing down Dundas Street West on foot and was wearing a light blue Toronto Blue Jays baseball cap, dark pants and a collared shirt, police added.

Anyone who thinks they may have seen this male is asked to call the Quinte West OPP detachment at 613-392-3561 [11]. The OPP is now offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the man’s arrest.
