BELLEVILLE – An 18-year-old woman from Belleville has been charged in the death of 24-year-old man Aaron Rushlow.
Rushlow was struck and killed on the night of Oct. 23.
Police originally responded to a call of a man lying in the street from Walmsley Place in Belleville, where Rushlow was discovered and rushed to Kinsgton General Hospital [2], later succumbing to his injuries.
The woman is being charged with criminal negligence causing death, dangerous driving causing death, failure to stop at the scene of an accident, and failure to comply with probation.
She is currently in custody awaiting a bail hearing date.
