Gary Magwood
Gary Magwood is a community activist and former car racer who has lived in this area since 1978. Magwood believes that rebuilding downtown Belleville (socially, economically, and environmentally) will lead to a larger population, which will benefit everyone in the long run. He also wants to see Loyalist College with a presence downtown. Magwood feels if the college had more of a presence downtown, it would bring more life to the core, and more opportunities for business.
