A 43-year-old Quinte West woman has been charged with possession of a Schedule 1 substance (a drug considered highly dangerous by Canada’s Controlled Drugs and Substances Act), trafficking in a Schedule 1 substance, possession of stolen property and four charges of failure to comply with recognizance (terms agreed upon in court when someone is released custody).

The OPP say the investigation is still ongoing.
