Accident on Highway 401 at Wooler Road off-ramp

BELLEVILLE – An accident on the Highway 401 at the off-ramp for Wooler Road Wednesday morning has backed up traffic in the westbound lanes, according to a witness who was caught in the slowdown.

A blue mid-sized vehicle was struck and had spun into the Wooler Road exit, the witness said.

Police were headed to the scene at 8:50 a.m.
