By Joseph Carin

BELLEVILLE – Belleville police have personally delivered hot chocolate and a cookie to the 29 crossing guards in Belleville.

In partnership with Starbucks, the Belleville police service has given hot chocolate and cookies to 24 of the 29 crossing guards working in Belleville as a sign of an appreciation and a holiday surprise for their work throughout the year.

More to come.
