Stirling woman facing domestic abuse charges

BELLEVILLE – A 34-year-old Stirling woman was arrested early Monday evening for assaulting her spouse, according to police. Central Hastings OPP were called to a residence on Church Street after a complaint was called in shortly before 7 p.m. The woman is being charged with assault, domestic mischief, uttering threats and failing to comply with probation order.

She is currently being held in custody and awaiting a bail hearing set for Tuesday.
