Opening Night of “A Murder Is Announced”
BELLEVILLE – The Belleville Theatre Guild is unveiling one of Agatha Christie’s most intriguing stories on Oct. 11.
A Murder is Announced, is about a detective, Miss Marple, who discovers an advertisement in the paper that states a murder will be talking place in the near future.
This tale is filled with deception, perseverance and sheer genius, according to a press release by the Quinte Arts Council.
The play is directed by Lise Lindenberg. The show runs from Oct. 11 to 27 at the Pinnacle Playhouse at 8 p.m. on select evenings and 2 p.m. on Sundays.
