BELLEVILLE – The Loyalist Lancers women’s soccer team was defeated by the St. Lawrence Vikings in a game at St. Lawrence Wednesday.
The Vikings won 12-0. All 12 goals were scored in the second period.
The Lancers will play their next game on Thursday against the Durham Lords.
The Lancers men’s rugby team played against the St. Lawrence Vikings at Loyalist College on Wednesday [2]. The Lancers lost 31-0.
The team’s next game is on Oct. 17, when they play at home against Durham College.
It’s going to be a busy weekend for the women’s rugby team. The Lancers will play the Humber Hawks and the Sheridan Bruins back to back on Saturday at Fleming College.
The next day they have two more back-to-back games against the Seneca Sting and the Conestoga Condors, also at Fleming College.
