By Sarah Law

BELLEVILLE – Loyalist’s women’s soccer team goes into its final game of the season against the St. Lawrence Vikings on Tuesday night, with hopes of turning around this season’s track record.

The team has won no games and suffered 10 losses, with one tie. Its last game was on Sunday against the Centennial Colts. The score was 2-1 for the Colts.

The Lancers have scored four goals this season. Taylor Wightman of Belleville scored three of the goals, while Rachel Cole of Cobourg scored the fourth against the Colts on the weekend.

The Vikings have won three games, lost six and tied twice this season.

More to come.
