Cancer Society wants tanning bed ban

The Canadian Cancer Society appeared before Belleville city council this week seeking a ban on tanning beds. Mature student Michael Clark says it is a full-time job to manage school and kids. Local municipal councils in Quinte Region have an array of different policies towards opening with the Lord’s Prayer. Skills shortage predicted by Loyalist professor.
