BELLEVILLE – Picton’s main street will be closed to vehicles on Sunday from 1 to 2:30 p.m. during the annual Santa Claus parade.

The street will be closed between Talbot Street and McFarland Drive, according to an announcement from Prince Edward County.

No parking will be permitted downtown between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Only pedestrians will be allowed.

The county will issue a detour route around the closure.
