Quinte Women in Business hold event Tuesday

BELLEVILLE – Working healthier is the focus of an event being held Tuesday night in downtown Belleville.

Quinte Women in Business will be hosting the office health event at Dinkel’s and Paulo’s Restaurant on 44 Bridge St. E on Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Topics of discussion include office meditation, posture while sitting at a desk, and overall mental stress health.
