BELLEVILLE – Mayor Mitch Panciuk is expected to make an exciting announcement Monday regarding the funding for  Hospice Quinte at the end of the council meeting, according to the press release by the city.

Hospice provides programs and services at no cost. They rely on the generosity of the community and donations to keep providing services. It has already received funds from the Ontario government and Quinte West Council. This is the first time it has approached the Belleville city council.

More to come.
