Prince Edward County’s Spring Birding Festival is on its way

BELLEVILLE – Walk and picnic on beautiful Prince Edward County trails, while watching birds soar in the sky.

The county’s Spring Birding Festival will be held from Saturday, May 11, to Monday, May 20. The festival will take place at the Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory, along with many other locations across the county; these locations can be viewed on the county’s website.

During the festival there will be various things to do. You can watch birds, walk the trails, have a picnic, take tours and enter a photography contest.

All events except the guided tours are free. The tours are limited to 10 people at a time and can last two to four hours.
