Quinte West OPP report motor vehicle collisions have gone up since 2010 and ask drivers to take more caution on the road. With Remembrance Day ceremonies in the works, organizers are concerned at the high number of unmarked graves for veterans. Retailers are preparing for a slower shopping season, as the economy has Canadians more concerned with paying off debts than filling the Christmas tree this year.
