BELLEVILLE – Belleville police [2] are investigating two thefts of power tools that took place Tuesday.
At about 10:30 a.m., police received a report of stolen power tools from a site in the east end of the city. When they got there, they found that a door may have been left insecure, which allowed entrance.
Then at 12:33 p.m., police were called to a home in the east end on another report of power tools having been stolen. The tools, which were in a shed on the property, have an approximate value of $4,000.
