Belleville police looking for two suspects after robbery Wednesday
BELLEVILLE – Belleville Police say they are looking for two suspects who robbed a convenience store in the north end Wednesday night.
After investigating the scene, police say the two suspects sprayed an employee with an unknown substance then physically assaulted the employee after he followed the suspects outside.
The employee was seriously injured and was taken to the Kingston General Hospital, police say.
The first suspect is described as tall with a thin build and wearing red pants with a white stripe, a camouflaged hoodie and carrying a dark-coloured bag.
The second suspect is described as wearing dark clothing.
Both suspects were last seen driving southbound on Cannifton Road North in a dark-coloured vehicle, police say.
