BELLEVILLE – A 54-year-old woman has died from injuries she suffered after being trapped between two vehicles in a Belleville parking lot Monday morning.
Emergency crews were called to 210 Dundas St. E. at 11:30 a.m. Monday, according to a news release Tuesday from Belleville police Staff Sgt. Al Portt. The woman was taken to Kingston General Hospital, where she died from her injuries.
No further information is being released at this time, police say.
The Traffic Safety Unit of Belleville police continues to investigate, Portt said. Any witnesses are being asked to contact Sgt. Brad Stitt at bstitt@police.belleville.on.ca.
