By Brittany Woodcock

BELLEVILLE – A 38-year-old Toronto man has been charged after Lennox and Addington OPP responded to a report of a truck driver watching TV while driving on Highway 401 Tuesday.

OPP say the driver was watching a screen on the dashboard and was swerving all over the road going westbound near Greater Napanee.

OPP stopped the truck near the Napanee exit and charged him with driving with a display screen visible to the driver, OPP say.

The offence comes with a $615 fine.
