BELLEVILLE – Loyalist College’s men’s and women’s volleyball teams are looking ahead to their respective games against Seneca College on Saturday at home.
The men’s team [2] boasts a 5-8 record and will be looking to secure a sixth win against the last place Seneca team that has lost five straight. The Lancers narrowly lost their most recent match against Canadore College three sets to two.
The women’s team [3] is currently sporting a 3-10 record and they are tied with Seneca in the standings. They will look to move ahead of Seneca with a win this Saturday at 1:00. Their last game was lost in straight sets, 3-0, against Canadore.
Both teams are looking at four more games down the stretch after their respective matchups this weekend against Seneca. They will both host Durham College on Feb. 5, followed by a game at Centennial College on the 8th, and hosting both La Cite and Algonquin colleges on the 9th and 15th respectively.
