Quinte businesses react to proposed vaccine passport system

BELLEVILLE – Starting Sept. 22, Ontario residents will be required to provide proof of a vaccination, in order to access most indoor gatherings, spaces, as well as attend concerts. Many wonder whether this will really be a benefit to their business or not. Here’s Charlotte Oduol with more details.
