Hockey ticket fraud lands Belleville man in hot water

A Belleville man is facing fraud charges related to selling a hockey ticket over the internet. Prime Minister Stephen Harper will be in Washington next week for his long-awaited, border security meeting with U.S. President Barack Obama.
