Colleen Ringham, co-ordinator of the continuing education program at Loyalist, and Administrative Co-ordinator for Corporate Training, Madeleine Norman, check out the hand crafted jewelery at the 10,000 villages Fair Trade Sale. The sale is at Loyalist December 7-9, 2011, and promotes fair trade- meaning the creators of these items get their fair share of the revenue.The Fair Trade Sale is organized by Loyalist's International Development students. Coffee, chocolate, artisan cheeses, along with hand-made jewelery, Christmas ornaments, and other knick-knacks are all for sale.Photo by Taylor Renkema.
