Wet weather continues to take over much of southern Ontario

Freezing rain warnings, bus cancellations and wet weather continue to take over much of southern Ontario. The captain of a cruise ship that crashed off the coast of Italy remains in custody, there are 11 people dead and 24 people still missing.
