The Shafia family murder trial has once again underway in Kingston Ont. Four people were arrested and stolen property was seized at a Belleville west end residence. OPP has identified a man killed in a collision near Havelock, 19-year-old Jason Robert Milek, of Marmora, was pronounced died at the scene.
