OPP warn businesses of theives

Eastern region OPP are warning local merchants of  thieves. Snow fall, and the resulting road conditions, jack-knifed a tractor trailer last night and closed the 401. A 10-year-old Peterborough Ont. boy is in Sick Children’s hospital in Toronto after falling from a hay bail.
