Hamed Shafia to appeal verdict

Eastern region OPP are warning local merchants of a ring of thieves making their way around the area. Loyalist College students have started up the Aboriginal Student council. Hamed Shafia has filed notice for an appeal, Shafia was convicted with first degree murder on Jan. 29.
