If you’re heading to a car dealership you may want to hold off for just a bit longer. Victims of financial fraudster Earl Jones have reached a multimillion dollar out-of-court settlement. Trans Canada Corporation which is based out of Calgary, says it’s close to completing plans for a new route for the Keystone XL Pipeline project.
