Similarities noticed between fatal train crash and derailment

The transportation safety board is pointing to similarities between a recent fatal train crash in Ontario and a derailment two years ago in Quebec. An OPP officer testified this morning at the trial of the man accused of killing Tori Stafford. Ontario’s environmental commissioner says the province is just one heatwave away from a blackout.
