Ban on all open air burning

The Belleville fire department has placed a ban on all open air burning.  Police in France have stormed an apartment in Toulouse in search of a man suspected of a number of shootings there. Burials have taken place in Israel for those killed in the Toulouse shooting.

Harrison Perkins and Keenan Weaver had the news at noon.
